Yang Ada

“Yang ada” means “what exists” in Malay — just what is. I wrote the title track during a long stretch away from my wife and kids, and that phrase became a daily reminder: be grateful for what’s actually here, instead of chasing what isn’t.
This album is a collection of singles from the last ten years writing Malay songs — through a lot of change, good choices, wrong ones, and lessons that took time to land.
The songs touch on freedom, sacrifice, love, heartbreak, gratitude, and home. Built on guitar, always chasing something a little fresh.
I hope it gives you a fresh perspective on your own life, wherever you’re at.
